Executive Assistant

Job Title: Executive Assistant 
Reports to: CEO
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our client???s CEO
This role is crucial in ensuring smooth and efficient operations, acting as a key liaison between the CEO and various teams and individuals
The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented professional with exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Calendar Management: Oversee and manage the CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Meeting Coordination: Arrange and coordinate meetings and events, including board meetings.
  • Administrative Support: Provide confidential administrative support to the CEO and senior leadership team.
  • Special Projects: Handle and/or research special projects as needed.
  • Liaison Role: Act as a point of contact between the CEO and senior management teams.
  • Problem Solving: Anticipate and resolve administrative issues, providing effective solutions to emerging challenges.
  • Deadline Tracking: Monitor and follow up on deadlines for senior leadership team.
  • Preparation: Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for all meetings and has necessary materials.
  • Travel Arrangements: Manage extensive travel arrangements.
Qualifications:
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a strong ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment in complex situations and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant in a large organization.
  • Previous experience working across global time zones.
  • Experience with international companies is a plus.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience supporting executives as an EA.
  • Previous experience supporting an executive remotely
