Inside Sales Representative (Bilingual Required)

Location: Northwest Dallas

Our client in Northwest Dallas is seeking a bilingual Inside Sales Representative to manage inbound sales opportunities within a specialized industrial market. This role focuses on long-cycle, high-value sales and requires strong phone presence, persistence, and the ability to manage relationships over time. All leads are inbound - no cold calling.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls and digital inquiries from prospective customers

• Follow up consistently on active opportunities and long-term prospects

• Prepare quotes and coordinate internally to confirm technical requirements

• Manage complex sales cycles involving high-value equipment

• Present add-on options and upsell features to engaged customers

• Maintain accurate records and ongoing communication throughout the sales process

Ideal Profile

• Bilingual (Spanish - required) with strong verbal communication skills

• 5+ years of inside or industrial sales experience preferred

• Comfortable managing long, consultative sales cycles

• Confident, assertive, and persistent in follow-up

• Detail-oriented with the ability to coordinate across internal teams

Compensation

• Base salary plus commission

• Competitive total compensation with upside for strong performance
