We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support a busy individual and their family with a wide range of personal and household responsibilities. This role requires strong multitasking skills, discretion, and the ability to manage day-to-day needs with minimal supervision.

• Reorganize and maintain a functional and efficient home office

• Oversee closet organization and household inventory

• Coordinate routine vehicle maintenance and service appointments

• Plan and manage family vacations, including travel logistics and accommodations

• Provide general home organization and upkeep support

• Manage vendors and household projects from initiation to completion

• Run personal errands and assist with day-to-day needs

• Conduct personal shopping, both in-store and online

• Accompany children to medical appointments as needed

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate summer activities and camps for children

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Family Assistant, or similar support role

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Tech-savvy with proficiency in email, calendar management, and basic office software

• Resourceful, proactive, and capable of anticipating needs

• Valid driver???s license with a clean driving record

• Comfortable working around children and coordinating family-related activities

• Flexibility in schedule and willingness to occasionally work evenings or weekends if needed
