Bilingual Recruiter - Dallas/Fort Worth
Our client in the manufacturing/retail industry has a need to hire a Recruiter to add to their HR team!
This is a full-time role and will be a 100% onsite role. There is NO hybrid or remote option for this position. This specific role will be involved in building out recruiting processes, managerial interview training, facilitation of local/onsite job fairs, virtual job fairs and full cycle recruiting for both corporate positions as well as plant/warehouse positions.

- Degree preferred
- Bilingual Spanish highly preferred!
- 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience
- Must have retail and/or blue-collar recruiting experience
- Must be accustomed to recruiting in a high volume/high turnover environment
- Experience with Workday's ATS portal is a huge plus!
- Must have experience partnering with front line leaders for strategic hiring as well as backfills, and seasonal hires
- Must have experience not only recruiting but also coming in with a strategic mindset ~ process creation and/or improvement, strategic pipeline planning, etc.
