Delta Dallas is assisting our client in the insurance industry with their search for an Account Manager to support their new business initiatives. This hybrid role is based in North Dallas, offering flexibility with two days a week from home (Monday and Friday).
Our client is in need of an Account Manager to support their new business. High preference will be given to candidates who are fluent in Spanish???able to read, write, and translate. This role offers career growth opportunities, with the potential to advance to an Account Executive (AE). While senior Account Managers (AM) will be considered, the preference is for someone with about three years of experience who is ready to grow to the next step.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support new business initiatives and service existing clients.
- Handle renewals, market data analysis, and the RFP process.
- Prepare and conduct open enrollment sessions.
- Translate documents from English to Spanish and provide voiceover for presentations.
- Communicate between employees and carriers.
- Manage reporting and programs/plans using Excel spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with Sales Representatives on the RFP process for potential clients.
- Travel as needed for open enrollment sessions.
- Experience in brokerage, specifically with medical, dental, and vision benefits.
- Experience servicing clients, handling renewals, market data, and RFP processes.
- Proficiency in Excel; experience with Employee Navigator and/or carrier systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with ADA, COBRA, ACA, HIPPA, 5500 requirements, and Section 125.
- At least 2+ years of experience in a relevant role.
- Polished, client-facing demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- A servant heart and patient attitude, capable of handling urgent issues and dissatisfied clients.
