Accounts Receivable

Delta Dallas is partnering with an organization located in Downtown Fort Worth in its search for an Accounts Receivable Clerk. The ideal candidate must have at least one year of accounts receivable experience and exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining organized records of invoices, payments, and related documentation.
• Accurately and promptly managing daily cash receipts.
• Assisting with the invoicing process.
• Communicating with customers regarding payment-related inquiries and discrepancies.
• Delivering exceptional customer service for billing concerns.
• Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies and billing issues.
• Reconciling accounts receivable ledgers for accuracy and completeness, including the four-way match process.
• Analyzing and resolving discrepancies in customer accounts.
• Following up with customers on overdue payments via phone and email.
• Implementing collection strategies to recover outstanding balances.
• Preparing and presenting regular accounts receivable reports.
• Assisting with month-end procedures.
• Depositing cash into the bank as needed.
• Performing additional duties and special projects as required.
