What You???ll Do:

Provide administrative support to executive leadership and internal teams

Manage complex calendars, travel logistics, and meeting coordination

Organize files, internal resources, and reporting tools

Assist with onboarding, research, and light project support

Serve as a liaison with vendors and external partners

Support basic invoicing

Maintain confidentiality while supporting high-level initiatives
What We???re Looking For:

Bachelor's degree preferred

Minimum 1???4 years of administrative or operations experience

Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills

Professional polish and ability to interact with high-level individuals

Tech-savvy with experience in MS Office and CRM systems

Must be based in the Dallas???Fort Worth Metroplex
