Temporary Data Entry Clerk
Delta Dallas is proud to partner with their client in the financial services industry to find a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk. This role is critical for maintaining accurate and updated account information within the company???s system.
Schedule: Monday ??? Friday, 8:00 AM ??? 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)
Company Overview:
Delta Dallas is proud to partner with a leading organization in the financial services industry to find a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk. This role is critical for maintaining accurate and updated account information within the company???s system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform repetitive data entry tasks to update and manage account information.
- Add, remove, or modify codes on accounts as needed.
- Review account details for accuracy and consistency.
- Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to document and organize data efficiently.
- Follow established processes and procedures to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies or clarify account updates.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (intermediate level required).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain focus on repetitive tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Previous experience in a clerical or data entry role is preferred.
Pay: $20/hr
