On behalf of our client, a boutique, high-touch wealth management firm, we are searching for an experienced Senior Client Service Associate to support their advisory team and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Role Overview
Our client is seeking a Senior Client Service Associate to play a pivotal role in supporting their advisory team and leading client service operations. This senior-level position blends deep client relationship management with sophisticated operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison for ultra-high-net-worth clients, handling inquiries, account issues, and complex requests.
- Manage account administration: new accounts, ACATs, money movements, RMDs, beneficiary updates
- Prepare client reports, meeting materials, and portfolio summaries
- Coordinate with custodians (Schwab & Fidelity) and third-party vendors
- Work with client tax and estate planning professionals
- Support investment-related communications aligned with client strategies
- Assist with new client onboarding and ensure regulatory compliance
- Partner internally to improve processes and elevate the client experience
Qualifications
- 10+ years of client service or operations experience within an RIA
- Deep understanding of investment accounts, custodial operations, and compliance
- Strong ability to manage complex, high-touch client needs
- Proficiency with CRM systems, custodial platforms, and Microsoft Office
- Series 65 preferred but not required
- Experience with Addepar and/or Black Diamond is a plus
