    • Retrieve, organize, and synthesize information to support executive decision-making
    • Identify potential scheduling or operational conflicts and resolve them proactively before escalation
    • Provide guidance and support to junior administrative team members when appropriate
    • Exercise sound independent judgment in resolving non-routine issues and escalating when necessary

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • 7–10+ years of progressive executive-level administrative support experience
    • Prior experience in financial services or similarly fast-paced corporate environments strongly preferred
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a deadline-driven environment
    • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
    • High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence
    • Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative executive leadership team
