Accounting Manager

Delta Dallas has partnered with a manufacturing company in the Dallas area to identify a top Accounting Manager to join their growing team!  The Company offers a great culture, collaborative team and opportunity to grow within the organization.  

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• MUST be open to working 100% onsite (dealbreaker)
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• 5+ years of experience in an accounting leadership role
• Must have experience with mergers & acquisitions
• Must have multi entity experience 
• Project management experience is highly preferred
• Strong understanding of GAAP, understanding of transactions as it pertains to M&A's ~ with the ability to mitigate financial risks
• Must be an expert in Excel
