Position: Full-Time Housekeeper
Location: Dallas, Texas
Salary: $1400/week (Approx. $72K/year)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and proactive full-time housekeeper to manage the cleaning and organization of a high-end residence. This position involves maintaining a clean and orderly living space while handling various household tasks and ensuring the homeowner???s needs are met. You will work closely with the household staff to ensure all duties are completed to the highest standard.

Responsibilities:

Household Cleaning:

• Perform detailed cleaning of all living spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and common areas.
• Dust and polish surfaces, furniture, and decorative items regularly.
• Handle specialized cleaning tasks for delicate surfaces, high-end furniture, and valuable items.
• Ensure proper cleaning techniques are applied to various fabrics and surfaces.

Laundry and Dry Cleaning Management:

• Coordinate and manage the laundry schedule, including washing, drying, folding, ironing, and organizing clothing and linens.
• Work with external services for dry cleaning and special garment care.

Organizational Tasks:

• Maintain and organize closets, pantries, and storage areas.
• Track household inventory and ensure supplies are replenished as needed.
• Maintain the organization of various household items and personal belongings.

Food and Pantry Management:

• Regularly clean and organize the refrigerator and pantry, discarding expired items.
• Perform grocery shopping as needed and maintain an inventory of household food items.

Specialized Cleaning:

• Assist with additional cleaning tasks, such as window cleaning, carpet cleaning, and furniture care as required.
• Collaborate with external services for any specialized cleaning tasks.

Communication and Flexibility:

• Communicate regularly with the household staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Be flexible and adaptable to the homeowner's schedule and needs, including occasional weekend work.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a housekeeper in a high-end or luxury residential setting.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage laundry, dry cleaning, and general household maintenance.
• Experience working in a high-profile or family-focused environment.
• Ability to adapt to varying schedules and requirements.
