The Opportunity

You will support a senior financial executive who is deeply involved in the business and values critical thinking, judgment, and ownership. Success in this role requires maturity, discretion, and the ability to operate with context ??? not reliance on constant inbox or calendar control.

What You???ll Do
Executive Support (Primary Focus)
- Provide high-level administrative and operational support to a senior financial executive
- Manage scheduling, travel coordination, and expense reporting
- Track priorities, action items, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
- Prepare meeting materials, take notes, and ensure follow-through
- Partner with other assistants and internal teams to keep initiatives on track
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, particularly around logistics and operations
- Support internal and external events as needed
Personal Support (Limited, As Needed)
- Coordinate select household scheduling and vendors
- Assist with occasional personal projects or events

Qualifications & Profile
Education
- Bachelor???s degree required
- Strong academic performance preferred
- Candidates from rigorous academic environments tend to thrive in this role
Experience
- 4+ years of professional experience in education, administration, or another high-accountability role
- Demonstrated tenure and reliability
- Clear examples of stepping up, leading initiatives, or taking ownership beyond formal responsibilities
