Executive Assistant

Delta Dallas Dallas, TX (Onsite) Full-Time
$85,000 - $100,000/Year
Our client, a privately held firm in the banking industry, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support its President/CEO.

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for supporting the President and CEO in all administrative and client-facing matters. It is a unique opportunity to act as a strategic business partner to the executive, while providing VIP-level client service to the firm???s clientele.

This role is 100% onsite at our client???s offices in the Preston Center area of Dallas.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Managing the President/CEO???s busy calendar in Microsoft Outlook
  • Scheduling meetings and events, including executive meetings, conferences, and social events, including all logistics (travel, transportation, agendas, catering, etc.)
  • Managing executive correspondence, reports, presentations, etc.
  • Processing expenses for the President/CEO
  • Managing vendor relationships, including contract negotiations
  • Providing white-glove customer service to clients, including providing information on the firm???s services and products as necessary
  • Recordkeeping and database management
  • Acting as a team with other executive support professionals in the firm to ensure the office is always running at peak capacity, including general office/facility management duties (maintaining the kitchen/breakroom, ordering office supplies, greeting clients from the front desk, etc.)

Requirements include:
  • Minimum five years??? experience as an Executive Assistant to a President or CEO
  • Bachelor???s degree highly preferred
  • Experience working in a high net-worth family office or private investment office
  • Proven qualifications in client services, preferably within the banking or financial services industry
  • Top-notch communication skills, verbal and written
  • Attention to detail
  • Sense of urgency, time management skills, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work with highly confidential information, maintaining discretion at all times
  • Expert skills within the MS Office Suite and expense management software (CentreSuite experience highly preferred)
  • CRM or database experience highly preferred
