Graphic Designer

Graphic Designer - Dallas, TX - Hybrid

Delta Dallas has partnered with a prominent commercial real estate company in Dallas to identify a top Graphic Designer to join their team!  To be considered for this role, commercial real estate industry experience is required.

This will be a hybrid role close to Downtown Dallas. Relocation is not offered for this role.

The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experience in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency of designs across various media outlets
• Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media
• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends

Qualifications

• MUST be open to a hybrid role that requires in office 2-3 days per week
• Commercial real estate industry experience is required
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in graphic design
• Must have a strong understanding and working experience with AI tools
• Must have experience with the design and roll out of all social media channels, email campaigns, digital marketing materials/collateral, etc.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Docs, PowerPoint and KeyNote
• Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
• Portfolio of work is required
