Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to senior executives, assisting with both professional and personal responsibilities. This role involves managing schedules, coordinating logistics, supporting communications, and handling a wide range of administrative and organizational tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and maintains a positive, professional approach.




Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events with accuracy
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation
  • Support day-to-day administrative functions, including email management and correspondence
  • Assist with event planning, meetings, and related logistics
  • Conduct research and compile information as needed
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate services
  • Handle expense tracking, reporting, and reimbursements
  • Maintain organized records, files, and data systems
  • Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and other materials
  • Provide relationship support for internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensure timely follow-up on tasks, communications, and commitments
  • Perform ad hoc tasks and errands as required

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Anticipate executive needs and take initiative to address them proactively
  • Demonstrate flexibility to support both business and occasional personal tasks

  • Proven experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to think critically and independently
  • Professional demeanor and presentation



Education

  • Bachelor???s degree preferred
