Administrative Assistant
Delta Dallas is collaborating with a boutique RIA wealth management firm located in Uptown Dallas and currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Client Service Associate to join their dynamic team.
Experience with Alternative Investments is a must!
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, promptly addressing inquiries and providing accurate and timely information.
- Schedule client meetings and prepare necessary materials for comprehensive client reviews.
- Assist with client onboarding processes and perform routine account maintenance tasks.
- Process client requests, which include handling deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Collaborate closely with our investment team to deliver pertinent information about portfolios and investment strategies to clients.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance our clients' experience and streamline operational processes.
- Maintain precise client records and ensure accurate data management within our CRM system.
- Adhere to strict compliance policies and procedures.
- Provide support to other team members when required.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in client service or a related field.
- Experience with Alternative Investments
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and prior experience with CRM software.
- Preferred, but not required bilingual (English/Spanish)
