Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Location: Addison, TX (100% On-Site)
Hours: 20-35 hours per week with flexibility to set working hours
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Compensation: $23/hr



About the Opportunity

Delta Dallas is partnering with a well-respected financial services firm to hire a Part-Time Temp-to-Hire Administrative Assistant. This role is ideal for a highly organized and client-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a flexible schedule with the potential for long-term growth.



Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing professional and courteous assistance via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Support executives and team members with administrative tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and preparing reports.
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange conference calls, including virtual meetings via Zoom.
  • Draft, proofread, and format business correspondence, reports, and financial documents.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality.
  • Process sensitive financial information with discretion and accuracy.
  • Oversee office operations, including ordering supplies, handling mail distribution, and managing office equipment.
  • Adapt quickly to new software and industry-specific platforms to support daily operations.
  • Assist with special projects and identify process improvements to enhance efficiency.


Qualifications

  • Strong client-facing skills with a professional and polished demeanor.
  • Prior experience in the financial industry is required.
  • Highly dependable with exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Bachelor???s degree strongly preferred.
  • Strong work ethic, critical thinking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new software systems. Experience with CRM platforms and financial software is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
