Account Service Coordinator

A growing company is seeking an Operations Specialist to support day-to-day customer operations, service coordination, and internal processes. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Onboard new customer accounts and maintain accurate system data
• Coordinate service requests, work orders, and operational follow-through
• Communicate with customers regarding account updates, equipment needs, and service issues
• Support logistics, inventory tracking, and equipment coordination
• Review reports and ensure operational compliance and accuracy
• Identify process improvement opportunities and assist with special projects

• Bachelor???s degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in operations, customer support, logistics, or administrative support
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based systems
• Excel and Salesforce experience preferred
