Role Overview
We are conducting a confidential search for a high-level Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership within a dynamic, fast-paced organization. This is a key, trust-based role providing both business and select personal support to a senior executive team member.
This position is best suited for an experienced EA who operates as a true partner in managing priorities, streamlining operations, and ensuring seamless day-to-day execution across a complex and evolving schedule.

What You???ll Be Responsible For
Executive Support
  • Manage a complex, high-volume calendar with shifting business priorities
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel with a focus on efficiency and executive performance
  • Prepare meeting materials, track follow-ups, and ensure alignment on key priorities
  • Act as a proactive partner in managing daily workflow, commitments, and scheduling conflicts
  • Anticipate needs and provide thoughtful solutions before issues arise
Travel Coordination
  • Own end-to-end travel planning for domestic and global itineraries
  • Balance efficiency, timing, and comfort while ensuring seamless execution
  • Adjust plans quickly in response to changing priorities
Personal & Administrative Support (limited but important component)
  • Support select personal administrative tasks such as expense tracking and bill coordination
  • Maintain organization across key personal and business-related documentation
  • Coordinate with vendors or service providers as needed for select household-related matters
  • Ensure systems and records are well-organized and easily accessible


What We???re Looking For
  • Proven experience supporting senior executives in high-performance environments
  • Strong tenure in previous roles (stability is important)
  • Exceptional organizational skills with mastery of complex scheduling and logistics
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to read priorities and nuance
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with polished executive presence
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and operate with limited direction
  • Discretion, maturity, and sound judgment in handling sensitive information
  • Comfortable managing both business and limited personal support responsibilities
  • Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office Suite required; experience with tools such as Adobe Acrobat or Canva a plus)


Background & Experience
  • Bachelor???s degree required (strong academic performance preferred)
  • 4+ years supporting senior-level executives (C-suite or equivalent preferred)
  • Experience in professional services, finance, investment environments, or similarly fast-paced industries strongly preferred
  • Exposure to high-net-worth or high-touch environments is a plus
  • Prior experience in light personal assistant or lifestyle management support is beneficial


Compensation
  • $110,000 ??? $180,000 base salary
  • Flexible for exceptional candidates; top-of-market compensation available for the right fit
