Customer Service Specialist
Customer Service Specialist - Southeast Dallas
Delta Dallas is partnering with a home goods and manufacturing firm in its search for a Customer Service Specialist who will provide outstanding support to retailers and internal partners, ensuring smooth order processing and issue resolution. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, along with a proactive, customer-first attitude.
The role is 100% onsite at our client's facility in southeast Dallas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to retailer inquiries regarding products, orders, warranties, and returns.
- Accurately process orders, credits, and service requests in line with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records while managing multiple priorities.
- Provide constructive feedback to management on recurring service issues.
Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years of customer service experience; furniture or manufacturing industry preferred.
- B2B experience (not consumer-facing); comfortable working without strict call scripts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with CRM systems - Zendesk strongly preferred.
- Growth-oriented, self-directed, and able to stay focused in a collaborative environment.
Education:
- High school diploma required; some college preferred.
Qualified candidates will be able to pass an in-depth criminal background check.
