Delta Dallas is supporting their client, a well-established, family-oriented law firm in Dallas, in their search for a detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal with required personal injury experience. Position Overview:
The Litigation Paralegal will support all phases of litigation, with a strong focus on organization, communication, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and thrives in a team that values open communication and mutual respect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct support to one attorney throughout the litigation process
  • Draft and prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery
  • Manage case files, calendars, and critical deadlines with precision
  • Conduct legal research and assist with gathering case-related documentation
  • Coordinate hearings, depositions, and meetings
  • Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and outside parties
  • Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits and witness coordination

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor???s degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred
  • Required: Personal injury litigation experience
  • Strong understanding of litigation procedures and court processes
  • Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines consistently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office
