Delta Dallas is supporting their client, a well-established, family-oriented law firm in Dallas, in their search for a detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal with required personal injury experience. Position Overview:
The Litigation Paralegal will support all phases of litigation, with a strong focus on organization, communication, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and thrives in a team that values open communication and mutual respect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to one attorney throughout the litigation process
- Draft and prepare legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Manage case files, calendars, and critical deadlines with precision
- Conduct legal research and assist with gathering case-related documentation
- Coordinate hearings, depositions, and meetings
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and outside parties
- Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits and witness coordination
Qualifications:
- Bachelor???s degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred
- Required: Personal injury litigation experience
- Strong understanding of litigation procedures and court processes
- Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines consistently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office
