Accounting Specialist - North Dallas

We???re partnering with an entrepreneurial, independent purchasing company serving the hospitality industry - where no two days are ever the same ??? in its search for an Accounting Specialist to support its project teams.
This role is 100% onsite in our client???s Addison/North Dallas office.
What You'll Do:
- Reconcile invoices against budgets and purchase orders to ensure complete accuracy.
- Process vendor payments efficiently and with full documentation and compliance.
- Maintain clean, accurate project and financial reports in real-time.
- Prepare monthly summary reports that provide leadership with critical financial insights.
- Work directly with internal teams to resolve discrepancies quickly and accurately.
- Speak up when something doesn???t look right ??? they count on your attention to detail and instincts.

What You Bring:
- Bachelor???s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for accuracy and organization.
- Solid Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, formulas).
- A proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
