Commercial Real Estate Property Accountant

The Commercial Real Estate Property Accountant will focus on the company's wholly owned properties and will partner and collaborate with a great team of Property Accountants!
To qualify for the Property Accountant role, you must possess the following:
- You must be open to working 100% onsite in North Dallas
- A Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in accounting or finance
- MUST come from COMMERCIAL real estate - will also consider someone from audit within public accounting that may want to transition to commercial real estate accounting. (no multifamily accounting will be considered)
- Must have experience with all facets of GL accounting and reconciliations to include cash, accounts receivable, balance sheets to income statement accounts.
- Experience in commercial real esate accounting systems such as JD Edwards, Yardi, MRI, etc. is a must
- MUST be intermediate to advanced in Excel - daily use
