Manager of Revenue Cycle Management

Our client a anesthesia group is growing! The Manager of Revenue Cycle Management will assist with oversight of anesthesia billing operation along side the VP of RCM. This is a critical role for the organization!

To qualify for the role, you must possess the following:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• AAPC, HRMA or CRCM certifications - high preference
• MUST be open to working 100% onsite 5 days per week
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory/managerial role with oversight of a mid to large size group
• Experience building out processes, policies, workflows, etc.
• Knowledge in CPT coding, ASA modifiers, payer policies, currency rules and compliance
• Must have a strong understanding of Medicaid, medicare and major commercial payer billing guidelines
