We are currently partnering with a well-established, high-performing organization in the industrial manufacturing space to identify an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join their growing team. This is a strong opportunity for a driven sales professional who thrives in a consultative, relationship-based environment and enjoys managing complex, long-cycle sales processes.
This is not a cold-calling role. Instead, you will be responsible for managing warm inbound leads, guiding customers through a technical sales process, and building long-term relationships with clients who are actively seeking solutions.
What You???ll Be Doing
In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for inbound sales inquiries generated through marketing efforts, website traffic, and industry events. You will work closely with internal technical teams to develop accurate, tailored quotes and ensure customer requirements are fully understood and met.
Because of the technical nature of the products and solutions, sales cycles can range from several weeks to multiple years. Success in this role requires consistency, strong follow-up discipline, and the ability to stay engaged with prospects over time.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and responding to inbound sales inquiries (no cold calling)
- Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
- Preparing quotes and coordinating with technical/engineering teams to ensure accuracy
- Navigating detailed, consultative sales cycles for high-value solutions
- Maintaining consistent follow-up throughout the full sales process
- Identifying opportunities for additional solutions or product enhancements
- Supporting occasional trade show participation, including select international events
- Keeping CRM systems updated with accurate pipeline and customer information
What We???re Looking For
The ideal candidate brings a strong B2B sales foundation and is comfortable operating in a structured, process-driven sales environment with longer sales cycles.
- 5???7+ years of B2B sales experience
- This position requires industrial, manufacturing, or technical product sales experience
- Experience managing consultative, solution-based sales processes
- Comfortable working with longer sales cycles and higher-value transactions
- Strong communication skills with a confident and professional phone presence
- Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail
- Ability to build trust and maintain relationships over extended periods
- Bilingual proficiency required
- Experience in automotive, equipment, or similarly technical sales environments is a plus
