Delta Dallas is currently representing a well-established, yet boutique, real estate investment firm managing 30+ entities in its search for a hands-on Controller / Office Manager to join their close-knit team of three. This is a critical, multi-functional role replacing a long-time employee who has moved out of state responsible for supporting both financial operations and office management. - QuickBooks & Excel expertise (required)
- Multi-entity accounting experience (required)
- Investor portal management experience (a plus)
- Real estate or property management background (strongly preferred)
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, juggle multiple hats, and thrive in a fast-paced, quiet office
Core Responsibilities

Accounting & Financials
- Manage full-cycle accounting for 30+ entities (10 active)
- Distributions, draws, and investor payments
- Coordinate with CPA on tax filings
- Payroll for 3 employees
- Maintain financial reports, compliance, and controls

Investor & Property Relations
- Handle investor communications and payments
- Liaise with third party property management company for building facilities and maintenance issues
- Oversee rent collections, lease agreements, and property financials

Office & Vendor Management
- Office admin, supplies, and vendor coordination
- Manage tenant events and building purchases
- Support the owner with administrative needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor???s in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA a plus)
- 5+ years in accounting/office management; real estate experience preferred
- Proficient in QuickBooks & Excel (required)
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working a full-time, 4/1 hybrid schedule (Fridays remote)
