Office Manager
Temporary Office Manager
Location: Dallas, TX
Schedule: Part-Time (Tuesday ??? Thursday, 8:30 AM ??? 5:30 PM)
Start Date: Two weeks from today (June 1st)
Delta Dallas is supporting a client in the public relations industry in their search for a Temporary Office Manager. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, can take initiative with minimal supervision, and thrives in a collaborative, creative environment.
Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day office operations

Handle basic bookkeeping functions

Verify credit card receipts and assist with billing preparations

Track invoices and create overtime reports

Maintain office cleanliness and organization (stock and tidy the kitchen, keep front lobby presentable)

Greet and assist clients and delivery personnel at the front desk

Manage incoming packages and ensure proper distribution

Delegate tasks across the team as needed

Assist with onboarding new hires and create onboarding booklets
Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Friendly and approachable, yet able to work independently

Comfortable sitting at the front desk with occasional foot traffic

Strong organizational and communication skills
-
Previous experience in office management or similar administrative roles preferred
