HR Assistant / Receptionist (Bilingual)
Human Resources Assistant / Front Office Receptionist (Bilingual Spanish required)
Location: Grand Prairie, TX (100% onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:45 AM-5:00 PM
Reports To: Human Resources
About the Role
We are seeking a fully bilingual (Spanish) Human Resources Assistant - Front Office Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our client's corporate office. This role supports a steady flow of visitors and phone traffic and provides administrative support to the HR team and other departments. Qualified candidates will be fully bilingual in Spanish (written and verbal).
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and route incoming calls; greet and assist visitors with a professional, welcoming presence
- Maintain the front lobby, shared spaces, and office supply inventory (including breakroom and coffee stations)
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and coordinate express shipments (FedEx/UPS)
- Provide administrative and clerical support across departments
- Support HR functions including reporting, payroll data compilation, employment verifications, background checks, onboarding support, 401(k) transactions, and performance review documentation
- Assist with company events, recruiting activities, job fairs, and meeting coordination
- Create and update internal PowerPoint announcements displayed throughout the building
What We're Looking For:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) - REQUIRED
- Administrative, receptionist, or front office experience (HR experience a plus)
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work at a fast pace
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Takes initiative, reads cues, and anticipates needs
- Excellent time management and punctuality
- Warm, friendly, and professional demeanor with a VIP/concierge-level service mindset
