Client Service Coordinator
Client Service Associate - High-Touch RIA Role
About the Role
We are seeking a Client Service Associate to join a high-performing independent RIA serving ultra-high-net-worth clients. This is a client-facing, high-visibility role , providing hands-on support for household-level relationships while ensuring smooth execution of all account and administrative needs. You will work closely with senior advisors and be a trusted extension of the advisory team.
What You'll Do

Act as a primary contact for client service, coordinating meetings, materials, and follow-ups

Track client requests and deliverables using Salesforce

Support client onboarding and ongoing account maintenance

Manage accounts across Schwab and Fidelity custodial platforms

Assist with securities transactions, money movement, and alternative/private investment documentation

Prepare and review client-facing materials with precision and discretion

Maintain organized, confidential client records and files
Who You Are
-
4+ years in a Client Service Associate or similar role at an RIA or fiduciary advisory firm

Experienced supporting high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth clients

Hands-on with Schwab, Fidelity, and Salesforce

Exposure to alternative or private investments is a plus

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities

Professional, proactive, and trusted with sensitive client information

Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced, relationship-driven advisory environment
