Office Manager

Temporary Office Manager

Location: Dallas, TX
Schedule: Part-Time (Tuesday ??? Thursday, 8:30 AM ??? 5:30 PM)
Start Date: Two weeks from today (June 1st)

Delta Dallas is supporting a client in the public relations industry in their search for a Temporary Office Manager. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, can take initiative with minimal supervision, and thrives in a collaborative, creative environment.




Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations

  • Handle basic bookkeeping functions

  • Verify credit card receipts and assist with billing preparations

  • Track invoices and create overtime reports

  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization (stock and tidy the kitchen, keep front lobby presentable)

  • Greet and assist clients and delivery personnel at the front desk

  • Manage incoming packages and ensure proper distribution

  • Delegate tasks across the team as needed

  • Assist with onboarding new hires and create onboarding booklets




Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel

  • Friendly and approachable, yet able to work independently

  • Comfortable sitting at the front desk with occasional foot traffic

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Previous experience in office management or similar administrative roles preferred
