Position: Executive Assistant to Two Founding Partners

As Executive Assistant, you???ll serve as a trusted right hand to two of the firm???s founding partners???ensuring seamless operations, anticipating needs, and enhancing effectiveness through high-level support. This role requires sharp organizational instincts, sound judgment, keen attention to detail, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage ever-changing calendars, orchestrating meetings, tight timelines, and complex travel across time zones including private aviation with speed, precision, and minimal direction.
  • Act as a key representative for the executives, engaging confidently with internal teams, investors, and external partners in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment.
  • Drive preparation and logistics for critical meetings, team offsites, and strategic gatherings ensuring materials are ready, follow-ups are tracked, and nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Drive key initiatives spanning investor relations and executive objectives. Proactively identify challenges, accelerate progress, and deliver impactful outcomes
  • Monitor key workflows and priorities, offering clear recommendations to streamline execution.
  • Maintain organized systems for documents, contracts, and expenses ensuring quick turnaround, accuracy, and compliance with firm protocols.
  • Navigate confidential matters with discretion and professionalism, earning and maintaining deep trust with leadership.
  • Partner with other high-performing EAs to ensure consistent, agile support across a fast-paced, entrepreneurial team.

What We???re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting senior executives
  • Strategic, proactive thinker with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, PDF)
  • Confident managing multiple calendars, competing priorities, and complex logistics
  • Strong time management, prioritization, and follow-through
  • Experience with project coordination and execution
  • Bachelor???s degree highly preferred
